The House of Gurney, Inc., Bankrupt.
All property, both real and personal, of the above named bankrupt, of Yankton, S. D. appraised at $161,588.00 has been sold in one lot as a going concern, for $10,000.00 cash, subject to encumberances [sic] and liens of about $128,700.00.
A hearing on the confirmation of this sale will be held before P.G. Honegger, Referee in Bankruptcy, at Sioux Falls, S. D. on Oct. 30, 1941 at 10 a. m., at which time higher bids for the whole property subject to the encumbrances, will be received.
