OFFICIAL HURT IN MINNESOTA
LITTLE FALLS, Minn., Oct. 18, (AP) — Lieutenant Governor and Mrs. C. Elmer Anderson were injured seriously when their automobile cracked up in a ditch on Highway 371 near here during a rain storm today.
While the exact nature of Mrs. Anderson‘s injuries were not immediately determined, physicians at St. Gabriel’s hospital here, described her condition as critical. She suffered a severe head cut and shock as well as other injuries.
Leiut. Gov. Anderson received a broken hip, several fractured ribs, a broken left arm and is believed suffering abdomina [sic] injuries.
