Did you inherit boxes and stacks of family heirlooms and ephemera?  Are you spending a lot of time photographing those items, but just can’t seem to get a photo worthy of the sentimentality of the objects?  Have you priced some of the “professional” versions of light boxes and thought, “nevermind, I’ll just take my pictures in the dark”?

Well, for a couple of bucks worth of fabric and glue, some flexible backing board, a sturdy box, and a decent lamp, you can build your own light tent for fabulous photos of those smaller items – for a fraction of the price.

This might be the easiest DIY light box I’ve seen so far!
